Hi friends,

With the weather turning colder in the coming days, it’s easy to feel a bit off—tired, unfocused, and maybe even a little sneezy as everyone around you starts catching colds.

But don’t worry, I’ve got your back!

I’ve put together some simple but powerful actions and natural remedies to help you (and your family) stay strong during this time:

1. Take a weekly warm bath

Add 1kg of salt and soak for at least 20 minutes. Your muscles and immune system will thank you!

2. Stock up on hot pure sesame oil

Every morning or evening, warm it up and apply it to your entire body. Do this for at least 7 days in a row. You can find decent quality sesame oil here: https://shorturl.at/cWfBN

3. Start taking good quality vitamins

If you’re not already doing this, now’s the time! I recommend the tried-and-true Multivitamin Double X for a strong immune boost: Multivitamin Double X.

Bonus: In Ayurveda, there’s a wonderful immunity-boosting formula called Chyawanprash – a great addition to your routine: Dabur Chyawanprash.

And don’t forget about Ashwagandha, an adaptogen that helps manage stress, improves overall health, and strengthens immunity: Ashwagandha on Amazon.

4. Mark your fasting days!

Fasting (not eating for 24 hours and drinking lots of water) can work wonders for your body, and we’ve got some key dates coming up:

September 28th,

October 14th

October 28th. Trust me, your body will feel refreshed after!

5. Eat more healthy fats

Incorporate ghee oil, sesame oil, olive oil, and grape seed oil into your meals. These good fats will help keep you grounded.

Oh, and make sure you’re getting your Omega 3! I swear by this product: Omega 3.

6. Early bedtime is a game-changer

Try to get to bed before 10 PM. After that, your body kicks into detox mode, so the later you stay up, the more toxins you accumulate. And we all know what that leads to – yep, sickness!

7. Cut down on coffee (I know, I know…)

I know it’s tough, but reducing your coffee intake during this colder season can make a huge difference. Swap it for a matcha latte or green tea.

Personally, I have a super busy schedule (up at 4:30 AM for yoga, meditation, workouts, managing the household, kids, my work, and then health appointments with my lovely clients), and when I need an extra energy boost, Rhodiola does the trick! It’s a real battery charger: Rhodiola supplement.

I hope these tips help you breeze through the season feeling energized and healthy!

As always, I’m here to support you on your wellness journey.

Stay warm and take care!
